We provide a real, stateful browser environment designed exclusively for autonomous agents to navigate websites, execute workflows, and interact with the web where APIs don’t exist.

Anchor sits underneath agentic systems as an execution layer: handling browser state, identity, reliability, isolation, and observability at scale. Humans may configure or observe, but the product itself is built for machines.

This is a deeply technical platform problem, not a UI or end-user product.

We’re looking for an experienced, independent Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the founding team of a fast-growing Infra AI startup. This is a core role in building a category-defining platform from the ground up. You’ll take ownership across the entire product lifecycle - from architecture and system design to hands-on implementation across frontend and backend - working closely with a highly technical, product-driven team.

This role requires strong product intuition alongside technical depth. You should be comfortable understanding real user problems, shaping solutions end-to-end, and moving with clarity and purpose to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and build core product and infrastructure capabilities end-to-end from technical design and architecture through production deployment.
• Build core infrastructure for AI agent execution, including systems that support reliability, browser state, isolation, observability, and scalable agent workflows.
• Design and evolve the core platform architecture powering agent execution, with emphasis on reliability, scalability, modularity, and long-term maintainability.
• Design and build new platform capabilities and foundational product primitives.
• Build high-quality product interfaces and developer-facing experiences using React and Vite.
• Build scalable backend services, developer SDKs, and APIs that power core platform functionality using TypeScript and Python.
• Collaborate closely across product and engineering to deliver cohesive product and platform experiences.
• Work directly with customers and design partners to understand workflows, validate assumptions, and shape product direction.
• Leverage modern AI-native tools and workflows to accelerate development, experimentation, and product iteration.

Requirements

• 6+ years building and shipping production-grade full-stack or infrastructure systems
• Strong architectural ownership and systems thinking
• Zero-to-one startup building experience under ambiguity
• Deep TypeScript/JavaScript expertise; strong backend skills (Python advantage)
• Experience with APIs, developer platforms, or distributed systems
• AI-native engineering mindset; hands-on LLM tooling usage
• Familiarity with AI products / agentic systems/browser automation strong advantage
• Excitement about building a category-defining product from the ground up
