Software Engineer - Graduates

We’re looking for a Software Engineer - Graduate who’s passionate about building scalable and efficient systems to join our Data group. This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic tech savvy graduate eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

You’ll work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to develop the core components of our platform, enhance system performance, and help deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.

At the heart of our mission is the belief that credible, visible, and actionable data should empower every GRC team's decision-making. Imagine a world where enterprises seamlessly collect and standardize data from hundreds of SaaS tools, cloud infrastructures, private networks, databases, and more. We bring that vision to life, providing continuous, real-time visibility into their Security Compliance posture.

What You'll Do

• Develop real products from day one; take ownership of production-grade features end to end.
• Use AI to create smarter, data-driven solutions that solve meaningful problems and impact real customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - engineering, product, design, and customer success, turning ideas into reality.
• Learn fast, make an impact, and grow as you help shape the future direction of a fast-moving startup.
  
  

• Full-time availability - must be already graduated.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or other quantitative/technical disciplines
• Proven experience with AI tools and technologies.
• Demonstrated tech-savviness and curiosity for new tools.
• Autodidact and self-motivated, with passion for complex problems.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and social skills.
• Big Advantages:
• Experience in complex data-environments, cyber-security or large-scale systems.
• Previous student positions or internships in tech companies.
• Second degree (MSc/MA) in a relevant field.
• AI related pet projects are serious advantages!
