Technology Project Manager

Comblack is recruiting a Technology Project Manager !

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for organizational projects, management of advanced online services, and leading interfaces with vendors. The position combines work planning, development of complex interfaces in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and management of development teams and vendors in a cloud environment.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in managing IT projects, technology initiatives, and implementing cloud-based information systems (with emphasis on Nimbus cloud).
• Technical expertise in GIS and CAD domains, including hands-on experience with tools such as ArcGIS, QGIS, and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge and experience in managing spatial databases (PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Oracle, MS SQL) and SDE components.
• Proven ability to write scripts (Python, LISP, etc.) for automation and process optimization.
• Experience leading complex interfaces, promoting technological collaborations, and representing activities in senior forums.
