Back End Developer

COMBLACK is hiring a Backend Developer (Java) for application infrastructure in the digital channels!

This is an opportunity to join the organization’s direct channels unit, working on digital platforms including Mobile and Web, websites, Contact Center systems, IVR, SMS, and branch kiosks. The role involves leading critical backend infrastructures, designing architecture, hands-on development, and implementing advanced technologies in a complex, large-scale environment.

What are we looking for?

• At least 6 years of experience in backend development – mandatory
• Strong experience with Java development (Spring Boot / Microservices) – mandatory
• Experience working with infrastructure and complex system architectures – mandatory
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure development – mandatory
• Familiarity with legacy systems (Java 8 / monoliths) – mandatory
• Experience working with Kubernetes or OpenShift – mandatory
• Experience developing REST APIs and working with Git – mandatory
• Understanding of information security and secure coding practices – mandatory
• Experience working in Mobile or Web environments – significant advantage
• Experience with cloud technologies (Docker, Cloud Functions) – advantage
• Experience in technical leadership or mentoring teams – advantage
• Experience in AI/LLM domains (Agents, RAG, Vector DB, Prompt Engineering, Tool Calling) – significant advantage
• Strong independence, system-level thinking, and proactive mindset
