Technical Recruiter

Airobotics is a leading company in the autonomous drone industry, developing and operating cutting-edge solutions that enable fully autonomous aerial missions—from planning to real-world execution.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in building our organization.

This is a full-time position, based in our Petah Tikva office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the interview process: phone screening, scheduling, coordinating interviews, and candidate follow-up
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline through initiatives such as partnerships with recruiting agencies and headhunters, job boards & other strategic sourcing channels.
• Manage recruiting pipelines and workflows using the Comeet ATS
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  
  

• Maximum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment
• Proven experience in active sourcing
• Experience working with recruitment tools Comeet ATS – a strong advantage
• Good English skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage a high volume of open positions efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
