Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Technician to join our team in Tel Aviv-Yafo. This on-site role involves performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of Apple products, ensuring the highest standard of service. The Technician will assist customers with troubleshooting, conduct hardware and software diagnostics, and support the installation of updates and applications. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an organized workspace, providing exceptional customer service, and staying up-to-date with Apple product knowledge to ensure technical accuracy.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of Apple products, operating systems, and applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results
- Previous experience in similar roles and an Apple Technician certification will be an advantage
