◾ Manufacturing engineer roll description:

1. Engineering POC for all production difficulties and improvements

2. Investigation of root cause for production problems

3. Design and manufacture production jigs.

4. Definition and improvement of the following:

i. Production process

ii. Assembly stages

iii. Packaging process

iv. Processing times

5. Process validation

◾ Roll Requirements:

1. B.sc in mechanical engineering Must

2. Knowledge in Cad software SolidWorks Must

3. Experience from production companies Advantage

4. Experience in CNC machining Advantage

5. Experience from Medical companies Advantage

6. Should have A broad systemic view of processes with the ability to drill down to details.

7. Should have the ability to work independently or as a team member in a matrix structure team.

8. Knowledge in process validation Advantage

9. Fast learner, ability to investigate complex problems and implement improvements.
