Role Description

We are looking for an Experienced Power Platform Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and integration of advanced business solutions and enterprise systems based on Microsoft Power Platform.

The role includes consulting, planning, hands-on development, and end-to-end implementation of digital solutions, business process automation, and fast organizational applications using Low-Code tools.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps to address diverse business needs.
• Build advanced workflows and automation processes using Power Automate.
• Create data and content infrastructures based on Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise core systems such as ERP and CRM using Custom Connectors and APIs.
• Lead technical discovery and requirement-gathering processes with business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions with a focus on operational efficiency, clean UI, and intuitive UX.
• Support implementation, testing, deployment, and adoption of Power Platform solutions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proven experience leading processes from business requirement definition to full implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse and SharePoint, including data structures and enterprise content infrastructures.
• Strong UX/UI orientation, with the ability to design clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Understanding of system architecture and integrations between different platforms.
• Experience working with enterprise systems and business processes.
