A Leading Defense Company Is Seeking a Systems Engineer for Aerial Imaging Systems Development!
📍 Rehovot
Job Description:
- Development and leadership of systems engineering for an aerial imaging system, including a multi‑spectral electro‑optical payload and a ground control station.
- Detailed system design, management, and control of technical requirements for the system and its sub‑systems.
- Making engineering decisions based on system‑level trade‑off analyses.
- Leading hardware, software, and algorithm integration activities.
- Working with multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
- Supporting delivery processes, system integration, and system testing.
- Providing technical support and customer assistance to existing aerial imaging customers across diverse projects in Israel and abroad.
Job Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electro‑Optics / Electronics / Software Engineering – mandatory.
- M.Sc. in Engineering – advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in the development of complex, multidisciplinary systems – mandatory.
- Proven experience in the development of hardware‑intensive and software‑intensive systems – mandatory.
- Experience working with MATLAB – mandatory.
- Experience in integration of electro‑optical systems – significant advantage.
- Familiarity with military systems – advantage.
