We are seeking an Assistant Controller for a leading financial organization to support financial reporting, closing processes, and ongoing accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial reports
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements
Work closely with auditors and support audit processes
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Big 4 background - mandatory
1-2 years of experience as an assistant controller in a corporate environment
Experience in an investment or financial company- Advantage
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards (IFRS preferred)
High proficiency in Excel and financial systems
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills in English
