Assistant Controller- Investment

We are seeking an Assistant Controller for a leading financial organization to support financial reporting, closing processes, and ongoing accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements
• Work closely with auditors and support audit processes
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Big 4 background - mandatory
• 1-2 years of experience as an assistant controller in a corporate environment
• Experience in an investment or financial company- Advantage
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards (IFRS preferred)
• High proficiency in Excel and financial systems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English
