BI Systems Analyst

We are looking for an experienced BI Systems Analyst to lead end-to-end data solution design and analysis processes.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, gathering and defining requirements, designing data models, and supporting backend processes through to the successful implementation of advanced BI solutions .

The position requires a strong combination of business understanding, high technical capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, cross-functional environment

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead end-to-end characterization of BI / Data / DWH solutions
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Write functional and technical specification documents
  • Design data models and define data layers (Dimensional Modeling)
  • Write complex SQL queries and support data analysis processes
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and other tech teams
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic, multi-interface environment

Requireme

  • 4 years of experience in BI / Data / DWH system analysis – must
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions – must
  • Strong SQL skills, including complex queries – must
  • Experience with data modeling and data architecture designs
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and backend data environments
  • Experience working with business stakeholders
  • Ability to lead tasks and cross-organizational projects independently
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skiiis
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have

  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure / AWS / Snowflake)
