We are recruiting an API Gateway Specialist for a public organization located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and secure API Gateway systems
- Implement advanced security protocols
- Monitor API traffic and identify threats
- Optimize system performance
- Lead automation processes for API service deployments
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in API infrastructure and information security
- Experience working with API Gateway solutions such as APIM, API Connect, or DataPower
- Experience with security protocols including OAuth 2.0, OpenID, JWT, and network protocols such as HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, and TCP/IP
- Experience working with API testing and monitoring tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and Wireshark
- Experience in risk analysis, permission management, secure access management, and working with identity management systems
