What you'll own

• Drive technology initiatives from the first whiteboard sketch to production — and everything in between.
• Build and ship automation and integration solutions across complex business systems.
• Get hands-on with APIs, webhooks, n8n, and AI/GenAI tooling — not just evaluate them, but implement them.
• Write specs that engineers actually want to read; conduct code reviews that raise the bar.
• Sit across from business stakeholders, understand what they actually need, and build it.
• Assess and deploy SaaS platforms that move the organization forward — not just check a box.

What you bring

• 5+ years in software development or a technical hands-on role.
• A track record of leading projects end-to-end, not just contributing to them.
• Real coding ability in at least one relevant language.
• Deep experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Hands-on time with automation tools — n8n, Zapier, or similar.
• Working knowledge of AI Agents, Bots, and GenAI in practice.
• Solid grasp of system architecture and how SaaS ecosystems fit together.
• The instinct to set quality standards — and hold others to them.
