Mertens Malam Team is hiring an Analytics Manager – Growth for a leading data and technology organization in Petah Tikva.
Responsibilities:
- Leading data-driven growth initiatives across the entire customer lifecycle, from pre-sale to post-sale
- Driving business performance improvements and revenue growth through analytics
- Working closely with senior management, Sales teams, and Customer Success teams
- Analyzing Funnels, Cohorts, and Segmentation models
- Building analytical models and dashboards
- Leading a team of analysts and implementing professional standards
- Working with SQL, BI tools, and Product / R&D environments
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, including 3+ years in a managerial role
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with databases
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
- Experience working with Sales, Customer Success, and client-facing teams
- Strong business understanding and ability to lead data-driven processes
