Data, AI & GenAI Systems Manager

We are looking for an experienced technology professional with a broad system-level perspective and strong leadership capabilities to take end-to-end ownership of the operation, stability, and reliability of the organization’s Data, AI, and GenAI systems

What will your day look like?

• Full ownership of ongoing operations, maintenance, and availability of Data, AI, and GenAI systems
• Deep understanding of end-to-end system architecture: infrastructure, models, data pipelines, security, APIs, and integrations
• Managing and maintaining both on-prem and cloud environments
• Handling version control, infrastructure upgrades, and deployment processes
• Building and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems
• Troubleshooting and investigating complex issues (RCA) in real time
• Leading implementation processes of new AI capabilities
• Ensuring information security, regulatory compliance, and organizational standards
• Participating in architecture discussions and driving best practices

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Industrial Engineering (Information Systems) or equivalent relevant training
• 3–5 years of experience managing complex, integrated systems
• Strong understanding of data pipelines
• Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with AI systems, language models, and GenAI
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes and deployment processes
• Experience working with APIs and integrations

Nice to have:

• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog)
• Experience with log analysis tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK, Cloud Logging)
