Enquantum is looking for a Senior/Expert FPGA Engineer to join our team in Holon. In this role, you will design and implement high-performance FPGA-based solutions for next-generation secure computing systems, with a strong focus on Digital Signal Processing (DSP), RTL design, and cryptographic acceleration.
You will work at the intersection of advanced algorithms and hardware constraints, translating complex cryptographic and networking requirements into efficient, scalable FPGA architectures.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and optimize FPGA-based systems for high-performance and low-latency applications.
- Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable RTL code using Verilog/SystemVerilog.
- Drive timing closure for high-frequency designs (300MHz+), including constraint development and static timing analysis.
- Architect and debug complex hardware systems, ensuring robust and reliable operation.
- Implement and optimize data paths using AXI4-Stream and high-bandwidth memory interfaces.
- Design packet processing pipelines, including parsers and deparsers for wire-speed performance.
- Work with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe Gen4/5, PAM4 SerDes, and Terabit Ethernet.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and compliance teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Contribute to the implementation of advanced cryptographic algorithms, including symmetric ciphers and post-quantum cryptography (PQC).
- Strong experience in FPGA development, including RTL design and implementation.
- Proven expertise in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and signal processing techniques.
- Deep understanding of timing closure, STA, and constraint writing (SDC/XDC).
- Solid knowledge of clock domain crossing (CDC) and asynchronous design techniques.
- Hands-on experience with FPGA vendor toolchains such as AMD (Xilinx) Vivado and Intel Quartus.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex hardware systems.
- Experience with networking protocols (Ethernet, IPv4/IPv6, TCP/UDP).
- Familiarity with high-speed data interfaces and packet-based architectures.
- Background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
