HR Integrations Business Analyst – HCM Transformation

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an HR Integrations Business Analyst to lead HR integration processes between Oracle HCM, Workday, and third-party systems.

Responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end HR integrations including requirements, mappings, logic, and coordination between teams
• Working closely with a System Integrator (SI) for Workday development and delivery management
• Managing dependencies, quality processes, and integration lifecycle activities
• Leading integrations with external systems and vendors, including testing, validation, and data quality assurance
• Defining integration logic, mappings, and business requirements
• Managing delivery processes including planning, tracking, prioritization, and issue resolution

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in HRIS, IT Business Analysis, or Integration Leadership
• Experience managing complex HR integration environments
• Deep understanding of HR data structures and end-to-end HR processes
• Experience defining integration logic, mappings, and requirements without hands-on coding
• Familiarity with SQL, file formats, APIs, and integration concepts
• Experience working with system integrators and third-party vendors
• Strong delivery management and coordination skills
• High level of English — both written and spoken
