A global medical electronics company dedicated to developing life-saving devices for cancer treatment. Traded on Nasdaq, the company has been operating for two decades, employing over a thousand people globally, with hundreds based in Israel.
Located in Northern Israel (accessible by train), this is a full on-site role.
The Role-
- Lead the daily technology operations and IT infrastructure at the local site.
- Manage, mentor, and support the local site IT support team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for site technology needs, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.
- Ensure site operations align with global security and data privacy standards.
Environment & Standards-
- Compliance & Frameworks: ITGC, ISO, HIPAA, GDPR, SOX
- Operations: IT Support, Vendor Management, Infrastructure
Requirements-
- Bachelor's degree or technical certifications in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional IT experience.
- Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC).
- Ability to quickly identify, escalate, or resolve technical issues.
- Proven customer service-oriented approach in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to write and present clear problem statements and solutions.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, resourceful, and capable of independent problem-solving.
- Flexible team player with the ability to work with various cross-functional groups.
- Experience working and coordinating with managed service providers.
- Awareness of US and international security and compliance standards
