Project Manager JB-5164

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead defense projects from planning to delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule targets are met.

Responsibilities:

Leading projects through all stages: initiation, planning, execution, and completion.

Managing complex matrix environments and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Overseeing technical aspects with suppliers, including integration and custom Hardware/cabling production.

Managing international logistics and shipments while adhering to Israeli defense export control regulations.

Identifying business opportunities and Up-sale potential within existing projects.

At least 5 years of Project Management experience in the Defense Industry – Mandatory.

Proven experience managing subcontractors for complex electronic equipment and cabling.

Hands-on approach with the ability to lead multi-interface projects.

Full proficiency in Hebrew and English; willingness to travel frequently abroad.

Background in Radar and Optics systems or familiarity with Asian markets – Significant Advantage.

Strong systemic thinking, leadership, and excellent interpersonal skills.
