An established and financially stable communication products company operating for 10 years. They develop cutting-edge solutions for ground, video, and audio communications, serving tier-1 clients such as Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI).

The company employs 30 people, with most of them dedicated to R&D.

Located in Central Israel (accessible by train), this is a full on-site role.

The Role-

Design and develop advanced RF hardware for high-performance communication systems.
Design and optimize TX/RX chains, including power amplifiers and related circuitry.
Perform hands-on board and system-level testing, troubleshooting, and integration.
Work closely with fine-pitch surface mount components during prototyping and production.

Tech Stack & Environment-

Frequencies: Up to 6 GHz
Key Components: TX/RX chains, power amplifiers, 0402/0201, QFN
Lab Equipment: VNA (Vector Network Analyzer), Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generators

Requirements-

B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a leading university or HIT
5 years of hands-on, deep practical experience in RF design (beyond system-level)
Proven track record of working with RF systems up to 6 GHz
Strong expertise using RF lab equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generators)
Solid experience in the design of TX/RX chains, including power amplifiers
Excellent board-level and system-level debugging and troubleshooting skills
Hands-on ability working with fine-pitch components (0402/0201, QFN)
