Information Security and Cyber Manager JB-5169

A leading industrial and technological company, which includes development, production, sales and logistics systems, is looking for an Information Security Manager to lead the cyber and organizational information protection sector. The role includes overall responsibility for risk management, policy definition, regulatory compliance and leading cross-organizational projects.

• Formulation and implementation of information security policies for all company systems – including development systems, production lines, ERP systems, sales systems and logistics systems.

• Cyber risk management throughout the supply chain – including suppliers, subcontractors and customers.

• Responsibility for compliance with relevant standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, privacy regulations.

• Cyber incident management and response to threats in real time.

• Leading projects in the field of information security – including SIEM, DLP, EDR, IAM systems.

• Collaboration with the development, IT, engineering, sales and logistics departments.

• Training employees and raising awareness of information security at all levels.

• At least 4 years of experience in managing information security in an industrial/technological organization.

• Familiarity with regulations in the field of data protection and privacy.

• Experience working with OT/ICS systems – a significant advantage.

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA – an advantage.

• Management and leadership skills, systems thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to work in a team with various organizational departments

• High level of English
