A stable and established company specializing in IT Operations Management (ITOM), providing advanced solutions for IT system management and mapping.
The company works with leading clients primarily in the defense sector exposing the team to diverse and complex IT environments.
The company operates on a hybrid model (2 days from home), with on-site work required at client locations across the central region (Ramat Gan, Herzliya, and the Airport City area).
The Role-
- Join a professional team to implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Work on IT Discovery processes and map complex IT systems.
- Design and execute integrations between various systems.
- Participate in technological projects for clients across both cloud and on-premise environments.
Tech Stack & Environment-
- Core Solutions: ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery
- Environments: Cloud, On-Premise, Defense Sector IT Systems
- Scripting: Python, JavaScript, Shell
Requirements-
- Background in the IT domain (System / Network / DevOps / NOC)
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure: servers, operating systems, networks, and cloud environments
- Basic experience with scripting (Python / JavaScript / Shell)
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities and high analytical thinking
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Valid security clearance (Level 02/03) - Mandatory
