A pioneer and global leader company in the field of radar systems for active military defense, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance.

Located in Central Israel (accessible by train).

The Role-

Lead the technical characterization, design, and architecture of radar-based electronic systems.
Drive innovation and efficiency in system design processes, ensuring optimal performance and high reliability.
Lead field and laboratory testing to verify and optimize system functions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and execute system test deployments.
Analyze system performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Implement data-driven improvements and optimizations to enhance overall system efficiency.

Tech Stack & Environment-

Domains: Radar, RF, Multidisciplinary Systems (Software, Hardware, Mechanics, Algorithms)
Simulation & Analysis: MATLAB, Python
Environment: Defense Industry

Requirements-

B.Sc. in a relevant engineering field (Electronics, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering).
5+ years of experience as a System Engineer.
Mandatory experience with RF or radar systems.
Strong understanding of complex multidisciplinary systems.
Hands-on R&D experience in RF or algorithms (an advantage).
Previous experience in the defense industry (an advantage).
Experience with simulation and analysis tools such as MATLAB or Python.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
