We are recruiting a Data Science Team Lead for a company located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a Data Science team both professionally and managerially
- Translate business and strategic needs into data-driven solutions
- Develop and implement Machine Learning and Generative AI models
- Take end-to-end ownership of analytical solutions within a complex business ecosystem
- Work hands-on while providing technological leadership to the team
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience managing a Data Science team and providing technological leadership
- Hands-on experience developing Machine Learning models such as predictive models, classification models
- Experience and deep familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs
- Experience working with Python and SQL
- Experience in the finance domain – advantage
