Quality Control Inspector

Benatav is Hiring – Quality Control (QC) Inspector 🔎

Benatav, a company specializing in the manufacturing of miniature components for the medical device industry, is looking for a Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and products in accordance with company requirements and ISO 13485 quality standards

• Approve and release finished products to customers based on quality requirements, specifications, and procedures

• Identify process improvement opportunities, generate reports, and analyze inspection results

• Collaborate closely with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and R&D teams to implement improvements and optimize processes

• Work within an ERP environment, supporting incoming and final inspection activities

• Provide administrative support for the company’s calibration processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in QC roles within a manufacturing environment – experience in the medical device industry is an advantage

• Strong understanding of MRB processes and industrial quality standards

• Familiarity with ISO 13485 – an advantage

• Hands-on experience with inspection and measurement tools, including the ability to read technical drawings and inspection specifications

• Familiarity with COA and COT terminology – an advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Priority ERP – an advantage

✔ Pin Gauges

✔ CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) – advantage

✔ OGP Optical Measurement System – advantage

✔ Digital Comparator – advantage
