A private Israeli company specializing in AI-driven solutions for large-scale data analysis to detect and prevent money laundering.
The company serves major global financial institutions, enabling them to detect suspicious financial activity and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
Located in Central Israel (accessible by train), the company operates on a hybrid model with two days of work from home per week.
The Role-
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 6 QA and automation professionals.
- Design and build robust automation frameworks from scratch using Python.
- Lead backend and API testing, as well as performance testing for mission-critical systems.
- Collaborate with development and engineering teams within a CI/CD environment.
- Implement and evaluate AI-based testing and observability protocols.
Tech Stack & Environment
- Languages & Automation: Python, Linux Shell, CI/CD
- Testing & Observability: Backend QA, API Testing, Performance Testing, AI Model Evaluation
- Infrastructure & Cloud: Kubernetes, Microservices, AWS / Azure / GCP
Requirements-
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 10 years of experience in QA automation and performance testing, with at least 7 years in a Team Leader role
- 5 years of hands-on experience building automation frameworks from scratch using Python
- 5 years of in-depth experience in Backend QA and API testing
- Strong proficiency in Linux shell and CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Microservices, and cloud technologies
- Full proficiency in English
