This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, for a Research Development Team Lead. The role involves leading and managing R&D initiatives, overseeing research and product development processes, and driving innovation. The team lead will design and implement strategies, guide a multidisciplinary team, analyze results to refine approaches, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The position requires cross-functional collaboration, strong leadership, and an ability to deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Development methodologies
- Strong Analytical and Research skills to assess data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Team Leadership experience with a focus on collaboration, mentoring, and goal achievement
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience in cybersecurity or tech-related fields is an advantage
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Proficient communication and project management skills
