Supplier Quality Engineer

About the Role:

Our Missile & Space Division is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring quality performance – analysis of supplier quality data, including rejection rates, returns, failures, and improvement proposals, and preparation of periodic performance reports
• Leading and managing quality improvement processes with selected subcontractors to ensure compliance with plant manufacturing requirements across all production technologies
• Managing non-conformities in coordination with project quality managers, including monitoring, guiding, and driving supplier corrective and preventive actions
• Leading improvement audits – conducting product audits and periodic quality reviews at subcontractors to support quality improvement according to organizational requirements
• The role includes frequent travel within the country and potential international travel

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering / Materials Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering / Industrial Engineering – Mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in quality processes in a manufacturing environment working with suppliers/customers (production/development/manufacturing engineering/quality) – Mandatory
• Background in manufacturing technologies such as machining / electronic systems production / special processes – Mandatory
• Strong proficiency in computerized environments (Office + SAP), with data analysis and report writing skills
• High level of Hebrew and English (speaking, reading, writing) – Mandatory
• Experience in quality processes in the aerospace/defense industry (AS9100) –Advantage
