Role Description

A leading public company in the energy and electricity sector in the center

Requires a System & Cloud Engineer

Leading technology role, hands-on, with real impact on the infrastructure and technological direction of the organization.

The role includes technical leadership of the organization's infrastructure (On-Prem & Cloud), promoting processes and infrastructure projects, and developing internal Cloud capabilities.

The candidate will be under the Infrastructure Manager, with responsibility for professional leadership, actual execution, and continuous improvement of the IT environment.

Responsibilities

Technical leadership of the organization's infrastructure (On-Prem & Cloud)

Responsibility for the stability, availability and reliability of core systems

Leading end-to-end infrastructure projects

Developing internal Cloud capabilities in the organization (AWS & Azure)

Working with external vendors and DevOps teams

Identifying gaps and leading initiatives to improve infrastructure and architecture

Implementing automation processes and improving existing processes

Professional guidance and support of team members

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in System / Infrastructure roles

Experience with infrastructure systems:

Active Directory / Entra, VMware, Storage, Backup

Experience working with AWS (VPC, EC2, IAM, Backup)

Experience in Microsoft Cloud environment 2-3 years

Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365

Experience in leading infrastructure projects

Experience working with vendors

Experience in automation (PowerShell / Python / Bash) – an advantage
