Telephony Systems Support Specialist | Rishon LeZion | Financial Organization
Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Telephony Systems Support Specialist for a leading financial organization in Rishon LeZion.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting user requests and troubleshooting telephony systems
- Ongoing maintenance of telephony and related systems including recording, SMS, and fax systems
- Supporting Call Center environments
- Managing tasks and external vendors
- Acting as a system owner for telephony platforms
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in telephony and communication systems (including military experience)
- Strong knowledge of Cisco telephony systems
- Experience with IP telephony devices and applications such as Jabber
- Experience with Call Center systems, IVR, reporting, and real-time monitoring systems
- Knowledge of Linux or Windows-based core telephony servers
