Infrastructure Manager and Communications Coordinator JB-5171

We are looking for a professional and experienced manager to manage the organization's physical and wireless infrastructure, including responsibility for communications systems, communications rooms, network infrastructure, end equipment, electrical infrastructure for computing systems, and ongoing maintenance of existing infrastructure. The role includes project management, working with suppliers and contractors, coordinating with internal departments, and leading processes to improve and streamline the communications and infrastructure system.

• Overall management of physical and wireless communications infrastructures (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).

• Planning, construction, and maintenance of communications rooms, communications cabinets, ducts, cables, and end equipment.

• Responsibility for uninterruptible power systems, electrical infrastructure for computing systems, and dedicated air conditioning.

• Infrastructure project management - including writing specifications, working with suppliers, supervision, and control.

• Coordination with IT, information security, purchasing and maintenance departments.

• Management of communications equipment and infrastructure inventory.

• Support for cross-organizational technology projects.

• At least 3 years of experience in managing physical and wireless communications infrastructures in a medium/large organization.

• Knowledge and experience in defining communications products from leading companies HP, Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet

• Knowledge and experience in planning and establishing communications rooms and network infrastructures.

• Familiarity with communications standards, electrical infrastructures, UPS systems and air conditioning.

• Experience working with suppliers, contractors and service providers.

• Project management ability, meeting schedules and budgets.

• Proven ability to work in a team with various organizational departments

• Mastery of Office applications and ability to work with infrastructure management systems.

• Certification in the field of communications such as CCNA - an advantage.

• High level of English
