🚀 Tech Lead Android – Technical Leadership & Team Management | ONEDEV
At ONEDEV, we’re looking for an experienced Android Tech Lead to drive the development of high-scale mobile applications.
This role combines hands-on development, architecture, and team leadership — with real impact on a core product.
💡 What you’ll do:
- Lead the technical direction of Android teams
- Hands-on development using Kotlin / Java
- Design and implement mobile architecture (MVVM / Clean)
- Manage and lead development teams (Android + collaboration with iOS teams)
- Work closely with APIs, Microservices, and Backend systems
- Drive CI/CD processes and release cycles
🎯 Requirements:
- 5+ years of Android development experience
- Strong experience with Kotlin and Java
- Solid background in mobile architectures (MVVM / Clean)
- Experience working with REST APIs / GraphQL
- At least 2 years of team management experience
- Proven technical leadership skills
