SAP Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects in a dynamic and impactful environment.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end SAP projects, focusing on logistics and supply chain, while owning the full project lifecycle and driving the connection between business needs and SAP solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, cross-functional SAP projects in an S/4HANA environment
• Own project delivery: timelines, budget, scope, risks, and resources
• Work closely with business units, IT, operations, finance, and supply chain teams
• Collaborate with infrastructure and technical teams
• Manage vendors and partners across implementation, development, QA, and BASIS
• Lead steering committees, provide ongoing reporting, and present status updates to senior management
• Drive design and implementation of end-to-end logistics processes within SAP systems
• Work with relevant SAP modules such as EWM / WM, MM, SD, LE (depending on project scope)
• Experience with logistics center (distribution center) implementation or logistics transformation projects- an advantage

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field-required
• PMP / Prince2 certification- an advantage
• SAP certifications- an advantage
• 3+ years of experience managing SAP projects- required
• Experience in projects involving logistics / supply chain processes- required
• Experience working in an S/4HANA environment- significant advantage
• Experience in cross-organizational, large-scale projects- an advantage
• Strong understanding of SAP logistics modules (EWM / WM / MM / SD)
• Experience with SAP integrations with external systems- an advantage
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment
• Systemic thinking, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including working with senior leadership
• Good English skills for working with global vendors and partners
