Digital Specialist

Matrix is recruiting a Digital Solution Owner – DSO for a leading financial organization. The role includes defining and implementing business requirements in digital – translating business and strategic needs into digital solutions, In-depth specification of the Customer Journey, design of user experience (UX) and user interfaces (UI), writing comprehensive digital solution documents defining functionality and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Technological and development support – full partnership with development and technology teams throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Interface management – ongoing work with internal and external stakeholders
• Behavior analysis and continuous optimization – ongoing monitoring of customer usage and behavior data, deriving insights and formulating recommendations for performance improvement and optimization of digital processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, Computer Science, or another relevant academic field
• Digital experience: Proven experience in digital projects in Mobile and Web platforms
• At least 3 years of experience in defining and building solutions for digital customer journeys and UX/UI design
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Experience in the financial sector
