Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Wireless Power Transfer Engineer specializing in Qi and energy systems. In this full-time role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, you will design and develop wireless power solutions to support our cutting-edge medical technologies. Responsibilities will include system design, prototyping, testing, and optimization of wireless power transfer systems. Collaboration with subcontractors, troubleshooting system challenges, and ensuring compliance with medical industry standards will also be key aspects of this role. Some work-from-home flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Power Engineering and Power Systems
• Proficiency in Electric Power and Power Generation technologies
• Strong background in Electrical Engineering principles
• Experience with wireless power transfer technologies, specifically Qi protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with medical device regulations and certifications is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in designing and implementing power transfer systems

Nice to have

• Experience working with standardized wireless power systems (e.g. Qi)
• Background in RF, acoustics, or wave-based systems
• Familiarity with simulation tools (SPICE)
• Embedded or control systems experience
