We are looking for an Application Infrastructure Support Specialist to join a leading organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for the CONNX product
- Ongoing maintenance of synchronization processes and interfaces, including configuration setup and data loading
- Execute testing cycles through production deployment and provide ongoing production support
- Manage upgrades and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with the Development and DBA teams
- Install and upgrade system components across multiple environments on Linux Red Hat servers
- Work in a structured, consistent, and well-documented manner with development teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
- Write technical documentation, including process components, task tracking, alerts implementation, and incident response procedures
- Continuously learn and deepen expertise in the product’s technology to become a subject matter expert
- Work as part of a professional team and report to the Infrastructure Team Lead
Requirements:
- Strong background in Oracle DB and SQL – at least 3 years of experience
- Advanced hands-on experience with Linux systems (daily operations and administration) – at least 3 years
- Experience working with Windows-based applications
- Strong self-learning ability and motivation to specialize in replication technologies
- Ability to collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
- High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in technical and process documentation
