What will you do?

• Develop new business opportunities in the IT and high-tech sectors

• Lead end-to-end sales processes – from first contact to closing deals

• Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to manage open positions

• Expand existing client relationships and build long-term partnerships

• Conduct meetings and client-facing activities in the field

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience in sales within outsourcing / technology services – must

• Experience in technical recruitment – advantage

• Experience working with tenders or complex contracting processes – advantage

• Proven ability to open new accounts and generate business

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Independence, initiative, and strong motivation to succeed
