The Role

We are seeking a Solution Scientist - a Graduate level bioinformatician with strong communication skills and native level English - to join our growing GTM team.

This role sits at the intersection of science, and business, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities and helping customers successfully adopt and derive value from Converge Bio’s AI-driven platform.

What You’ll Do

Pre-Sales & Commercial Support

• Partner closely with Business Development and Sales teams in customer-facing interactions
• Lead and support scientific discussions during sales cycles, including demos, technical deep dives, and evaluations
• Translate customer needs into clear scientific and technical approaches
• Help position Converge Bio’s platform in a compelling and differentiated way
  
  

• Work with R&D to ensure successful execution of customer collaborations
• Own or support delivery of high-quality scientific outputs to customers
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and value realization
• Support troubleshooting, analysis, and scientific interpretation throughout engagements
  
  

• Develop scientific content including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations
• Represent the company in external meetings, conferences, and industry events
• Contribute to building Converge Bio’s scientific and market presence
• Additional Responsibilities
  
  

• MsC / PhD in Biology, Bioinformatics, Immunology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of computational biology / bioinformatics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (native-level English)
• Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, compelling narratives
• Familiarity with AI / computational drug discovery
• Advantage: Experience in customer-facing roles
