Supply Chain Manager

On behalf of our client, a leader in the electronic manufacturing industry, we are seeking a Supply Chain Manager. This is a pivotal, cross-organizational role reporting directly to the VP of Operations, combining operational expertise with strong management and leadership capabilities.

Job Description: Direct management of managers and employees across five core departments: Projects, Procurement & Logistics, Material, Planning (PPS/Production Control), and Warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, managing, and optimizing all stages of the organizational supply chain, from raw material procurement to final product delivery.
• Leading and managing a large team, including mentoring and motivating employees to meet targets and conducting performance evaluations.
• Maintaining continuous and direct interfaces with customers and collaborating with all company departments to synchronize processes.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager in the electronics industry – Mandatory.
• Management experience of at least 10 employees – Mandatory.
• High proficiency in Priority ERP and Excel – Mandatory.
• Deep process understanding, strong leadership skills, and proven experience working with customers.
• Ability to lead organizational changes and cross-functional processes, a "Hands-on" approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-interface environment.
