Financial and Logistics Manager

Adenocyte (www.adenocyte.com) is a privately held Israeli medical technology company dedicated to the early detection of pancreatic adenocarcinoma and its precancerous precursors. The company’s patented LINFU® platform leverages low-intensity non-focused ultrasound to safely release pancreatic epithelial cells for cytological analysis. This non-invasive approach enables the detection of glandular dysplasia and carcinoma at their earliest, most treatable stages.

The Role

We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented Financial & Logistics Manager to join our team in Haifa. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will sit at the intersection of fiscal responsibility and operational excellence.

You will be the "engine room" of our Haifa operations, ensuring our budgets are lean, our supply chain is resilient, and our  product development stays on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Stewardship: Oversee financial operations, manage departmental budgets, and ensure rigorous regulatory compliance.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Lead procurement processes, inventory control, and end-to-end supply chain coordination.
• Operational Optimization: Partner with internal engineering teams and external global partners to streamline resource allocation.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain high-value relationships with global vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in Finance and Supply Chain/Logistics Management (ideally within the MedTech or Biotech sectors).
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and ERP/Inventory systems.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with medical device standards (ISO 13485 or IEC 60601) is a significant advantage.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications (CIPS, CSCP) are a plus.
• Language: Fluency in English is essential for coordinating with our US-based partners.
