Back End Engineer

A well-funded and fast-growing FinTech startup founded by experienced entrepreneurs with a track record of successful exits. The company is developing an innovative platform that utilizes autonomous AI agents to execute real financial processes in production, going beyond mere data analysis to drive actual automated execution.

Located in central Tel Aviv (accessible by train), the company operates on a hybrid model with two days of remote work per week.

The Role-

• Join the core R&D team, reporting directly to the Team Leader.
• Design, build, and scale complex distributed systems within a Big Data and Generative AI environment.
• Work hands-on with LLMs and orchestration frameworks to develop and deploy autonomous AI agents.
• Develop mission-critical, event-driven applications that execute real-world financial processes in production.
• Participate in architectural design, code reviews, and technical mentoring.

• Core Languages: Python, Go
• Infrastructure & Cloud: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices
• Data & Messaging: Kafka, Big Data, NoSQL, SQL
• AI & Architecture: Generative AI, LLMs, Event-Driven Architecture, SaaS

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience in backend software development
• Proven experience developing in Python or Go
• Hands-on experience building and deploying scalable systems in a Cloud environment
• Solid background working in fast-paced startup, SaaS, or high-tech environments
• Experience with system design, architecture, and working with complex distributed systems (an advantage)
