Full Stack Team Lead

A stealth-mode cybersecurity startup backed by a successful and well-known technology corporation. The company is experiencing significant growth and focuses on developing advanced cyber protection solutions for major global telecommunication providers.

Located in central Tel Aviv (accessible by train), the company operates on a hybrid model designed to support a healthy work-life balance.

As an early member of the core team, you will take end-to-end ownership of the product's development and architecture from scratch.

The Role-

• Join the core team, taking full end-to-end responsibility for the product's architecture and development.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable features across both the frontend and backend.
• Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to build the core infrastructure.

Tech Stack-

• Frontend: React, Node.js
• Backend: Python, Node.js
• Infrastructure & Cloud: Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD

Requirements-

• 6+ years of software development experience
• Hands-on experience leading technical initiatives or projects
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js
• Strong experience in React development
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern infrastructure tools
