By integrating clinical data, molecular biology and computational analysis, we translate complex biological signals into actionable insights.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Scientist to join our R&D team. This full-time, on-site role is highly hands-on, with a strong focus on bench work supporting the development and optimization of RNA-based assays and NGS workflows from clinical samples.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform molecular biology experiments, including RNA extraction, PCR, and library preparation
- Process and handle clinical samples (e.g., stool-derived RNA)
- Support NGS workflows, including sample preparation and quality control
- Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and results
- Assist in troubleshooting assays and improving protocols
- Work closely with clinical coordinators at medical institutions
Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field
- A talent for benchwork
- Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques
- Experience with NGS workflows or library preparation – advantage
