Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader Sales, based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The role involves overseeing and managing the sales team to achieve targets, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Team Leader Sales will also monitor performance metrics, develop strategic sales plans, and maintain effective communication with both team members and clients.

Qualifications

• The candidate must sale each day as a salesman until we build the team.
• Strong Team Management and leadership skills to inspire and guide team members
• Proven Sales skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and resolve issues
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software is a plus
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a marketing or technology-focused industry
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
