Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an AI Fullstack Engineer based in Herzliya.

The AI Fullstack Engineer will design, develop, and enhance systems that power Clears’ autonomous software execution platform. This includes implementing scalable solutions, debugging issues, optimizing system performance, as well as deep product thinking and solving hard problems.

Qualifications

• 7+ Years Experience: Deep expertise in engineering high-stakes software.
• Scale-Tested: You have a proven track record of delivering complex features for production systems and solving high-impact bugs in mature environments.
• Stack: Expert Python and proficient React.
• AI Native: Power user of Claude Code / AI coding tools.
• Agent Expert: Proven experience building AI agents in production. You know how to create reliable, deterministic agentic systems.
