Job Description:
- Manage and lead a professional team in the HR domain
- Analyze business needs and define processes in SAP systems
- Write BluePrint documents and functional & technical specifications
- Implement and customize SAP modules (with a focus on SuccessFactors)
- Lead projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to go-live
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in SAP HR implementation, or a total of 6 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in team management or leading projects/integration initiatives
- Experience in end-to-end SAP projects (from BluePrint to Production) in mid-to-large organizations
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors – mandatory
- Strong understanding of HR processes and domain knowledge
- Experience in writing specifications and working with business and technical stakeholders
- Relevant academic degree or SAP training (minimum of 100 hours)
