Role Description

R-Cure Medical is looking for a CRM & Automation Manager to lead system processes and drive operational efficiency through automation and AI.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize CRM system (Fireberry)
• Build automations and workflows (Make)
• Create dashboards and reports
• Improve business processes
• Work with developers and tech vendors
• Lead OCR and AI-based initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience working with CRM systems
• Experience with automation tools (Make / Zapier)
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
• High technical orientation

Advantage:

• Experience in AI / OCR projects
