Head of Analytics – Growth | Petah Tikva | Full-time

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Head of Analytics – Growth for a leading data and technology organization in Petah Tikva. This role focuses on driving data-driven growth initiatives across the full customer lifecycle, with direct impact on revenue and business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data-driven growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle, from pre-sale to post-sale
• Work closely with senior management, sales teams, and Customer Success
• Analyze funnels, cohorts, and segmentation to generate actionable insights
• Build analytical models and dashboards
• Lead and manage a team of analysts, establishing professional standards
• Work with SQL, BI tools, and Product and R&D environments

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
• Experience working with sales teams, Customer Success, and clients
• Strong business understanding and ability to lead data-driven processes
