Automation QA Engineer | Multiple Locations | Full-time

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an Automation QA Engineer for a security-focused organization across multiple locations. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex systems and build advanced testing infrastructures in a cutting-edge environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop end-to-end testing processes, from requirements analysis to execution
Define testing approaches and design automation architecture
Develop testing infrastructures and simulations
Implement automated tests and execute test plans
Manage defects and produce detailed test reports
Plan, develop, and execute test plans for complex software systems
Perform manual testing in initial stages with a gradual transition to automation
Work with technologies such as Python, C#, Java, TCP/IP protocols, and REST APIs
Use test management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
Work in advanced environments including CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies

Requirements:

Relevant education: Practical Engineer or Bachelor’s degree in Software, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent automation training
Experience testing complex systems and strong understanding of software testing methodologies
Experience writing automation tests or scripts in Python, C#, or Java
Experience working with communication protocols or API testing
Experience with test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
