💼 Experienced Payroll Accountant
A leading global company providing financial services to international clients (including accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping) is seeking an experienced Payroll Accountant to join a dynamic environment with strong professional growth opportunities.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes for multiple clients in a global environment
- Onboard new employees and set them up in payroll systems
- Prepare monthly payroll and perform ongoing payroll controls
- Generate payroll reports and conduct analyses
- Handle employee lifecycle processes (onboarding and termination), including forms such as 161, military reserve documentation, etc.
- Work closely with external entities such as National Insurance, insurance providers, and other relevant authorities
- Manage pension fund releases and termination processes
- Collaborate with HR teams and various internal and external stakeholders
- Operate in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
📌 Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as a Payroll Accountant – required
- Relevant education in payroll/accounting – required
- Strong English proficiency (spoken and written) – required
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) – required
- Experience in an outsourcing environment / service provider – advantage
- Familiarity with attendance systems and MASAV – advantage
- Experience working with National Insurance and military reserve processes – advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with clients
